1. Fund medical expenses

Help a deserving person with their medical expenses. These typically include cost of consultations, prescriptions, imaging (X-Ray & CT scans), blood tests and surgeries. There is no standard donation value as it is used on a case by case basis.

2. Sponsor hospital stay

Sponsor a hospital bed at Shalamar Private Hospital in Lahore. Donating a bed in a hospital ICU or ward for a year covers the price patients pay for using the bed. Your donation would mean any patient using the bed will not be charged for it.

3. Fund eye treatment

Many families in rural Pakistan have no access to eye care, even for standard procedure such as an eye exam, and often have to travel miles on foot to reach the closest hospital. We partner with Abdul Rauf Eye Camp to fund cataract surgeries for those who need it the most. The cost of a cataract surgery is PKR 6500 / USD $40 / GBP £30.

4. Donate funeral bed

Families in Pakistan typically bathe the deceased loved one in a community funeral bed as part of preparing the body for burial. Many communities do not have access to these beds, which only adds to the grief of loss. The cost of providing one to a community is PKR 60,000 / USD $380 / GBP £300.
