Many communities living in rural Thar do not have access to drinking water, and often have to travel miles to reach the closest water pump and carry water home. Financing a water pump for PKR 75,000 / USD $480 / GBP £360 will give an entire community access to fresh-water, significantly improving their standard of living.

2. Provide groceries

Pakistan has one of the highest levels of prevalent child malnutrition. Families from disadvantaged communities often do not have means to provide food to their families. We provide groceries (“raashan”) to poor families on a monthly basis to help ease their financial burden. Cost of a month of groceries is PKR 5,500 / USD $35 / GBP £30.
